Resisting Gulf Coast Fossil Fuel Expansion
At Habitat Recovery Project, our mission is rooted in challenging the expansion of fossil fuel infrastructure throughout the Gulf Coast. Since 2021, we've been at the frontline of advocating for environmental justice in the region. Through strategic engagement, direct action, artistic resistance, and proactive involvement in significant climate and energy forums, we've consistently stood against the proliferation of LNG, petrochemical, and carbon injection projects. Our efforts span diverse actions, from impactful demonstrations in key cities to active participation in crucial regulatory meetings and hearings. Our commitment to a sustainable, fossil-fuel-free future for the Gulf Coast is unwavering.
Since 2021 Habitat Recovery Project has been resisting fossil fuel buildout in the gulf coast
